Mainland Bancogon to Sumilon Island

Early Check-in/Late Check-out Policy
Transportation booking must be done at least 48 hours prior to arrival or use of vehicle. Transfer requests made less than 48 hours are subject to vehicle availability.
The last boat trip from Sumilon mainland to Sumilon Island is 4:00pm. Additional PHP 3,500 for boat transfer in between the regular trip schedule (from 8am to 4:00 pm). Prior reservation is advised. Subject to weather conditions. We highly suggest that guests take morning flights especially those coming from Mactan Cebu Airport to avoid late arrival in
mainland in Oslob and ensure crossing to the island using the scheduled or special boat transfers. The resort can provide alternative accommodations in Dumaguete or Oslob but bookings will not be subject to any refund.
In the event that the Philippine Coast Guard cancels the boat trip to or from Sumilon, the Resort reserves the right to provide alternative accommodation in Dumaguete or in Oslob that is not the same star category as Bluewater Sumilon. Guest may either refund or rebook their reservation within 6 months from original booking date in case of cancellation. In
case of relocation, no refund will be given.
Charging of Fees
The resort reserves the right to charge the non-refundable cancellation fee or no-show fee if applicable to the guest’s credit card account
Credit Card Payment Terms & Conditions:
Should guest name be different from the cardholder’s name, the card owner should be physically present upon check-in. Resort reserves the right to collect new payment via cash or credit card should card holder is not present or not part of the reservation. Credit card used when booking should be the same credit card provided upon check-in.
